    Shipping & Returns


    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery rates for you based on the availability and total value of your items.

    Please note as of 16th June 2016 we no longer ship via Australia Post. We have had to many parcels go astray or damaged. Now we ship courier ONLY.

    All orders $0.00-$99.99 will incur a FLAT RATE (upto 3 kilos of stock) $10.95 COURIER over night (most areas) - includes tracking and insurance.

    All orders over $100 will be awarded with over night courier (most areas) FREE FREIGHT - includes tracking and insurance.

    PLEASE NOTE: We now only send out our orders by courier as its mostly overnight arrival resulting in very efficient delivery however they will not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders placed upto approx 12 noon weekdays can normally be dispatched that day and delivered to you the next business morning. 100% faster than Australia post! With couriers a signature is required on delivery or a re delivery fee is charged however to overcome this fee we add authority to leave on your order so the parcel is left at your door if you are not home thus saving you the cost of a re delivery fee - alternatively we can ship to a business address or a employment address if this suits you. Please advise any special instructions in the comments section of checkout. If you are living in an extreme remote area and require only PO delivery or none of these options are suitable to you please phone us to discuss other alternatives.


    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Not including shipping costs. However we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item only).

    You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

    If you need to return an item, either change of mind or to report a damaged delivery by the courier in transit please contact us either by phone 03 6248-5515 or email for a return approval. Contact must be made within 5 business days of your order being delivered otherwise a replacement or refund will be invalid.
