SHIPPING AND FREIGHT - SEE CONDITIONS BELOW- Free freight applies to AUSTRALIAN Retail CUSTOMERS ONLY - Wholesale shipping is calculated when your order has been processed to send the most economical way Due to the heavy weight of wholesale orders.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders $0.00-$99.99 will incur a FLAT RATE (upto 3 kilos of stock) $10.95 1-5 days delivery time - this cost includes tracking and insurance. Your order is shipped by Toll Couriers and therefore we unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes. Toll also will charge us for re-deliveries so to avoid this cost we will add an Authority to Leave on all orders. Please ensure if you want your order left in a certain safe place mention this in the comments section at checkout. If you must have your order shipped to a PO Box for any reason we advise you to please call us and we can try to arrange another alternative for you however this may incur further freight charges. We do not use Australia Post as we ship a lot of 12x12 cardstock and the toll courier pricing is far less expensive then shipping with Aus Post. Please also note that our website automatically adds shipping to all orders under $100. We will evaluate each order and if you are simply purchasing a small item we can assist in changing the freight cost if applicable but this needs to be discussed by phone first and we will endeavour to call you to advise any changes.
All orders over $100 will be awarded with over night courier (most areas) FREE FREIGHT - includes tracking and insurance.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Not including shipping costs. However we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item only).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, either change of mind or to report a damaged delivery by the courier in transit please contact us either by phone 0412-026373 or email email@example.com for a return approval. Contact must be made within 5 business days of your order being delivered otherwise a replacement or refund will be invalid.
